This statement covers this website, delasystems.com, run by Dela Systems, LLC. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy: Wanted: Fugitive Watch.
What the website records
When your browser asks for a page, our servers record the request: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, the page that linked to it, and the name and version your browser reports. We use these records only to keep the site working and secure, and to count visits, and we do not share them.
The counts show which pages are read and how visitors found the site. They contain no IP addresses.
The site runs on servers we operate ourselves, not on a hosting company's.
How long records are kept
No more than 30 days. Then they are deleted automatically.
What the website does not do
- It sets no cookies.
- It has no advertising, and no tracking or analytics scripts.
- It loads nothing from other companies. Its fonts, images and code all come from this site, so visiting it tells no one else that you did.
What is kept in your browser
If you choose Light or Dark in the theme control, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Choosing System clears it.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about your visits, or to have it deleted, email privacy@delasystems.com with your IP address and roughly when you visited. Records are found by those, because the site never asks who you are.

If this statement changes, the date at the top changes with it.
